In February of this year, I made 5 running goals when deciding to re-attempt the Couch to 5K program I had failed twice at. About 2 weeks ago, I wrote about my goal of restarting and finishing the Couch to 5K program. Along with that goal, I posted 4 other goals in relation to running that I made for 2021.
